Ken Baker is a passionate real estate investor and business owner, Previously owning and operating a successful online clothing brand for 6 years before transitioning into real estate investing. He’s been investing in real estate since 2015 in which he has fixed/flipped and passively invested in a handful of properties in the lenawee county area of Michigan. He overseas 116 units throughout Michigan and TN for Bridgelyn focusing on operations along with investor relations. Through his successes in business and real estate Ken has been a Keynote speaker at many different community events, Most recently the 2017 Adrian High School graduating class (Adrian, MI) speaking amongst a crowd of 3500 people. Ken uses his expertise to guide the firm in identifying and acquiring under-valued and under-performing apartment complexes, along with running the Investor relations sector of Bridgelyn Investment Group. He resides in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife and two daughters.

Luis Lozada is a father, real estate investor, and entrepreneur. As a Regional Sales Manager Luis currently oversees 500+ accounts for one of the nation’s top countertop manufacturers. As the founder of Building THE Bond Inc., a non-profit organization based in Adrian, MI, Luis helped implement new sports programs for youth in the community. Luis’ love for giving back to his communities is the true inspiration behind investing in multifamily assets. With a focus on actively investing in mom and pop run multifamily properties Luis’ goal is to transform “complexes” into “communities”. Valuing residents and using his knowledge of management and relationship building skills to ensure assets are performing according to key performance indicators. Luis takes the most pride in educating his 10-year-old daughter on the value of investing in real estate.

Mick Raich is the Owner CEO of Vachette Pathology, Ambiorix LLC, LBT LLC, Habr Neko LLC, Lonesome Wind Ranch and several other corporations. He is a nationally recognized consultant in the business of pathology and laboratory billing. Mr. Raich also provides business consulting to various firms around the nation working with business owners to review growth strategies, finding opportunities in their revenue streams and mitigate risk. His experience brings a critical eye to the process of investing, as he also has a portfolio of real estate, this helps the team with risk assessment through taxes, insurance, investor agreements and more. He is an avid outdoorsman and resides in Lenawee County, Michigan on a private deer ranch.
